Premiering GrailWorld!

Dear Readers,

We have worked for a long time now on the publication of this new online periodical and have asked ourselves time and again: what expectations will readers have of a magazine entitled "GrailWorld"?

We endeavor with "GrailWorld" to make a link with new and old, possibly even long-lost recognitions about the Grail, since there is more "twixt heaven and earth" than any formal education can imagine.

While the word "Grail" directs our gaze upwards, the concept "World" points to the firmly established Here and Now.

The tidings of the Grail contain promises from out of Spiritual Heights, promises that have been condensed into myths and spread among early mankind.

Sadly, our limited understanding of space and time has covered up the true meaning that has transcended all time. Do we not find the sagas, legends, and poems about the Grail permeated thoughout by the memory of a golden age that shall arise again one day?

Many already have a presentiment of a long-lasting epoch of humanity, associated with painful interventions and a huge loss of values.

Simultaneous with the signs of dissolution and decay, the first outlines of a new time are becoming visible on the horizon. For, as Hölderlin says, "Wherever there is danger, redemption is also growing!"

And always, during an epoch nearing its end, an expanded world picture--not limited by existing natural sciences, philosophy and religion nor by any ideology--was offered to mankind.

Is it any coincidence that in our time there is a Message from the Grail? We see the answer more in an all-embracing trans-historical guidance of mankind.

The Grail Message, "In the Light of Truth" by Abd-ru-shin is a source of recognition of the highest order. And so it is for us a matter of essential concern to use the insights offered within this Work for the mastery of social and human problems as well as to explore possible solutions.

May we succeed in finding a sensible approach to answer the fundamental questions of our time.

It is in this spirit that I wish you stimulating and informative reading.
